Award-winning photographer and filmmaker Robert Christian Malmberg was born on the Florida Gulf and raised just outside Louisville, Kentucky. Malmberg discovered his passion for photography as a teenager and relocated to California to attend the prestigious Brooks Institute of Photography in Santa Barbara. After graduating in 2006, Malmberg moved to New York City to pursue his career in fine photography, studio portraiture, and commercial advertising.

His love of photography, integrated with his unique visual approach to to the medium have won him several awards from San Francisco's DRIVEN Creativity Competition to private arthouse film screenings at London’s Institute of Contemporary Art.

Robert helps hospitality & design clients curate their beautiful interiors with large scale fine photography works. He works closely with clients to understand the personality of their project, and then implement the most complimentary materials. 

Malmberg is based in New York City, at work on a variety of commercial and private photography commissions.
