When will I receive my print?
All unframed prints will be packaged and shipped within the U.S. in 5-7 business days. For framed art, please allow 2-3 weeks until shipment. Small to medium sized framed pieces will ship via FedEx Ground. Large and oversized framed pieces will be delivered via a FedEx freight service, which takes a few extra days. Please note: FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes nor on US Bank holidays. If you would like to request special or rushed delivery, please email us at info@robertmalmberg.com.

Do you print custom sizes?
Absolutely! We print all images in-house and can create custom-sized prints of any photograph offered online. If you are interested in a custom-sized piece, please email us at info@robertmalmberg.com with the image title and custom size you would like, and we will find a special solution for your project.

What is your return policy?
Because each piece of art is custom-printed for you, all sales are final. Though extremely unlikely, if you received the wrong order or your art was damaged in transit please contact us at info@robertmalmberg.com and we will happily replace for no additional charge!
Will my art purchase be signed and/or editioned?
All print sizes above 11x14” are limited edition and signed by the artist. Please refer to the dropdown menu when selecting your art to see the edition numbers at various sizes.
What is included with framing options?
-Wooden frame moldings; either black or white, as selected
-UV-shielding plexiglass; protects against UV rays and light transmission
-Archival acid-free foam core backing
-Protective paperback finish
-Wall bumpers + Hanging hardware + Nails + Hanging and care instructions
-Each frame arrives wrapped in kraft paper

Does standard shipping include price information (I don’t want to be tacky!)?
We do not include price, receipts, or invoices within any of our shipments. If you would like to include a handwritten note within your order, please email us right away with your message and we’ll ensure an extra special delivery!
I think my order was lost in transit!
What should I do?
Though highly unlikely, if by chance a package is lost in transit we are happy to work with you to resolve the issue. We kindly ask that you report it to FedEx, using the tracking information we provide, before reaching out to us.
Do you donate artwork to charity?
Yes! In addition to our own non-profit, UnStranded, we love to partner with select non-profits and charity auction events when we can. Please drop us a line and let us know about your organization.
