Do you have a minimum on wallpaper orders?

Due to production and design time for each order, we do require a minimum of 5 yards per order.

What is the lead time for wallpaper?

Our standard lead time is 4-6 weeks from the time of placing your order + shipping time.

Do you offer custom colors for your wallpaper designs?

Yes. We are happy to offer custom colors. We ask that you provide a color swatch so that our team can make sure the color matching is accurate. Please allow extra lead time for color matching, rush options available.

Do you offer commercial quality wallpaper?

Yes. We can print on commercial-grade vinyl or a Type II eco-friendly vinyl alternative. We require you to purchase a strike-off for quality review, which takes about 2-3 weeks. Once approved, production lead times are about 4 weeks with rush options available.

How do I install my wallpaper order?

We highly recommend that you have your wallpaper installed by a professional paper hanger. You’ve made an investment in beautiful quality wallpaper, so don’t skimp on the installation.

Can I order a swatch?

Yes! You can order a swatch of any of our patterns if you’d like to see and feel the quality. Simply choose the “Swatch” option from the product dropdown menu. Swatches take about 2 weeks to arrive from time of placing your order.

Do you have rush service options for wallpaper orders?

Yep! For an additional rush fee of $250 we can have your order ready to ship in 2-3 weeks. We can also expedite shipping using any of the FedEx shipping options.

Do you sell by the roll or the yard?

We sell be the yard, with a 5 yard minimum. Please prepare your order by figuring out how many yards it will take to cover the surface area you plan to wallpaper.

Is your wallpaper and packing material eco-friendly??

Yes! We are committed to reducing environmental impact throughout every stage of the production process. We exclusively use water-based latex inks and eco-friendly grounds. All our packing material is recyclable and biodegradable.

Do you print 1/2 yards?

We do not print ½ yards. Please round up.

Can we use the wallpaper in bathrooms and kitchens?

Definitely. Our wallpapers are high quality, and when professionally installed there hasn’t been any issues with a general amount of moisture from bathrooms or kitchens. We advise against any heavy water splashing and heavy steam.

Can your wallpaper be cleaned?

Yep! We recommend using a lightly dampened sponge or soft cloth and wipe gently. You can use a touch of natural soap as well.

Do you print custom ground colors?

We can do print custom ground colors. To ensure the perfect color matching, we require you to provide us with a swatch. Custom orders can take an additional 2 weeks from our regular lead time. Please contact us directly to discuss your project.
